Mysterious weapon for you when you worked in an Lab in University!
Release time:2020-02-22

Hpmont has developed two kinds of "training series" machines, which can help college students to carry out technical research in the field of motor control technology. It can realize real-time observation of the performance of open drives, and directly program the control algorithm, and then realize the control of the motor system.

01

Physical simulation based on dSPACE-MicroLabBox

Complete set of scientific research and test equipment for motor control

Model 1: HUeP-PMSM-dSPACE

Model 2: HUeP-IM-dSPACE

In order to let researchers see the performance of the self-developed control algorithm applied to the actual hardware platform intuitively, Hpmont independently developed dSPACE signal adapter board, which can be seamlessly connected with Matlab / Simulink / RTW with the dSPACE simulation system of Germany.

Researchers can observe the performance of the control algorithm developed by them with control system design software (such as MATLAB / Simulink) in real time.

dSPACE hardware system has high-speed computing power, and is equipped with rich I / O support, users can combine according to their needs; The software environment is powerful and easy to use, with a complete set of tools for automatic code generation, download, test and debugging.

02

TI-DSP based open scientific research and experiment equipment for motor control

Model 1: HUeP-PMSM-TI

Model 2: HUeP-IM-TI

Hpmont has developed a special DSP simulation system, through which researchers can directly program and operate the control chip of Hpmont's high performance vector control driver HD50, and test it repeatedly until they find an ideal control scheme.

At present, this system has been applied in Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2012, and has been applied in Zhejiang University, Shenzhen University, Lanzhou University of technology, Lanzhou Jiaotong University and other universities, helping millions of students to provide the "installation" support for the research of motor control technology.
